A piece of unfortunate news, the original Unleashed guitarist Fredrik Lindgren has passed away. The musician played in the band from 1989 to 1995. He has also performed on their first four albums which are: Where No Life Dwells, Shadows In The Deep, Across The Open Sea, and Victory. Fredrik Lindgren has also played in bands such as Terra Firma and Atlantic Tide.
The band have shared the following statement on social media:
“Warriors!!! Sadly, the news have reached us that Fredrik Lindgren, lead guitar of Unleashed 1989-1995 has passed away. Fredrik was a huge part of the early history of the band. For this we are eternally grateful. See you in Valhalla brother! Johnny & The Boys”
